Awesome seller! I had an issue where the wrong battery was sent. I messaged the seller and he got back to me promptly to correct the issue and get me the correct battery! Mistakes happen, but the response I received I would do business again with them without hesitation!

So far the device appears to be working as intended. I'm surprised that there wasn't a service contract offered with its purchase to extend the short warranty to a few years. No idea if that is or was even an option. First print that I did was a color picture of a friend's cat on a footrest. What amazing clarity!
